No, you can pay using your credit card or even a check.

What happens after I Buy Now with a credit card?
When you submit your purchase form you'll receive an email
message from PayPal:
- a 'Receipt for your payment' email from service@paypal.com
This is a confirmation that PayPal.com has received
your details, and has processed the sale.
We then receive the notification of sale and will process
your order for shipping as quickly as possible.

How do I install the software?
Your software is preinstalled on the USB Flash drive.
You do not need to install it.
What is a Single User License?
A Single User License entitles you to run your SpeedySoft
USA product on one device only. You are not allowed to copy
the software onto another disk or flash drive.
Do you offer different license options to accommodate multi-site
installations?

What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
