What are my options for purchasing?

What happens after I purchase?
Immediately after the conclusion of the transaction you will be taken to a "Thank You" page. This page will contain details of the transaction AND, if applicable, a Download Link for your software product and an Unlock Code (Serial Number) that you will need to register the software.
In addition, you will receive two emails. One will be an email receipt from whichever processor you chose to use, Authorize.net, Google or PayPal. The other will contain the same information as the Thank You page.
Be sure to "whitelist" emails from the domain name of speedysoftusa.com in your email program to ensure you receive these important emails.

Do I get a CD with my purchase?
No, all SpeedySoft USA products are available by download
only.
How do I unlock my software?
You unlock the software by "registering". After you install the software it will ask you to register.
You will have 10 days from installation to register. Use the Serial
Number included in the 'Thank You' page or Thank You
email to register.
What is a Single User License?
A Single User License entitles you to run your SpeedySoft
USA product on one device only. If you need to use it one
more than one computer then either choose the Flash
Claims or call us for quantity discounts.
I have two people billing in my office, can I use one license
for both users?
No. You need two licenses.
But it is only one office and one doctor. Why should
we have to pay for two licenses?
Will Office Depot give you two computers for the
price of one because it is for only one doctor?
How about the second desk free? Will one of the billers work
free? Not likely. Our software is a tool like any other tool
you use in your office. If you want two telephones you have
to pay for two telephones.
Do you offer different license options to accommodate multi-site
installations?
Yes, contact sales for more information and volume discounts.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied and we can't make you happy, we will refund your money anytime within the first 30 days after purchase! We want a chance to make you happy because sometimes dissatisfaction arises from a lack of understanding of how the software works or what it is capable of doing for you
