We put some very powerful new features into Version 5 that will make your billing life even easier and more productive. Things like autofill and templates.
Try it first if you want. Download V5 and run it alongside of your V4. They will not interfere with each other. You can even copy your V4 data into the V5 to get a real feel for the new features.
If you purchased your Speedy Claims on or after February 1, 2009 you are eligible for a free upgrade. If you purchased prior to that date the upgrade is $57.50.
One of the main reasons to upgrade is that we completely changed the database new products like the Speedy Ledger and our Assessment program will not work with the legacy database.

"I cannot thank Speedysoftusa for their awesome software enough. That is not, however, why I am writing this! We are a very large not for profit Hospital System and large Physician Group and encountered a problem with an extremely important account. The account had lost 1000's of HCFA's we had sent them and we were being requested to "resend them". We had no idea of how to recreate all of these lost HCFA 1500's without keying each one again individually. This would have taken weeks and an enormous amount of staff time which we did not have. Just a note to tell you how pleased I am with both your "Speedy Claims" software and with your customer service. I'm a psychologist with an aversion to computers, software, and the like. When I started my own practice, though, claim form software was a necessary evil. I needed something that was simple, reliable, and inexpensive. After a year of using "Speedy Claims," I have found it to be an excellent choice and virtually "dummy proof." I did need some help adjusting the print spacing initially and was walked through the process by a friendly staff person who had a good sense of humor. A year later, when I needed to update my software to accommodate new claim forms, I couldn't find my software serial number. An email to you asking for help elicited an immediate reply with the information I needed. Impressive. (By the way, this time I was able to adjust the print spacing on my own in a minute or two.)
I've recommended you and your company to a colleague recently and she's pleased too. Thanks for your help and keep up the good work.
