But it is only one office and one doctor. Why should we have to pay for two licenses?

Will Office Depot give you two computers for the price of one because it is for only one doctor? How about the second desk free? Will one of your billers work free? Not likely. Our software is a tool like any other tool you use in your office. If you want two telephones you have to pay for two telephones.
